as said in earier posts works has really prevented me from continuing my training in meditation and the teachings of the Buddha.
some of you did surguest that what I had learnt would slip away without meditation and this is the case.The many things I learnt have slipped away not all but one by one they are going .
whats hasn't gone is the mind set to live a better life and my learning will take a step in the right direction in October as I have just booked on a 10 day silent meditation retreat in Hereford uk.
I'm hoping this will set me off on the right path again and I can continue and pick up the life I want to live.
