Cool down the brain circuitry. - The End of Overeating

These videos could be interesting to some.
They remind me of what the Buddha taught about dependent origination. :-)
Understanding dependent origination is the cure of all adictions.

Greetings from Düsseldorf,

I found his lecture very interesting. I also realise i have done this for myself already and i am now reaping the health benefits. I used to look at unhealthy food and think "delicious", now whenever i look at anything very fatty and lacking in real fibre i think "that will give me horrible stomach pains and it will be greasy" and essentially "yuck". I would love to see american health authorities take this on and make a change. Now i need to work on my love of sugar ;)

At the moment i am making efforts to reduce my dependance on certain foods and drinks, so for the next month i am not eating any sweets or cakes or sugary things, and not drinking alcohol. Hopefully this will help to reduce my attachment to such things over a longer term period. Socialising without alcohol has never been easy, but after tackling it a few times in one month and being successful it should only get easier from then on.

Thanks for the videos anyway, made for a good few minutes :)
