I think we are all acquianted with the forestsangha.org site and the monasteries that are of this tradition in north america.

yet what about the other traditons such as Dhammayuttika Nikaya (Metta Forest Monastery in San Diego County belongs to this tradition). and other forest/meditation traditions.

Are there sites that list all of their locations within Canada, U.S., U.K. and associated western/european countries like forestsangha does?

Here is a beginning. The drop-down menu on the right side will provide worldwide results.

Utah seems complete, at least, for the States, which cannot be said for the Wikipedia listings.
"And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting oneself one protects others? By the pursuit, development, and cultivation of the four establishments of mindfulness. It is in such a way that by protecting oneself one protects others.

"And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting others one protects oneself? By patience, harmlessness, goodwill, and sympathy. It is in such a way that by protecting others one protects oneself.
