At 5 AM today I went out walking meditation with Tep, the weather was so wonderful after the rain,so cool/breezy.I'm so looking forward to beautiful autumn in College Station, the tree leaves might not be as golden yellow/red as in New York/Ohio/Illinois where the Sastris used to live but still beautiful!! I love Texas!!

I love this article "Siiha Sutta" presented by my dear friend Dr.Han Tun @ SariputtaDhamma/JTN :
Is there anything that the Buddha pays respect to?
Yes, he pays respect (gaarava) to the Dhamma that he has preached.
Please see the following:
AN 5.99 Siiha Sutta
"When the Thus Gone One teaches the bhikkhus, he does it with careful attention
(sakkacca.m).
"When the Thus Gone One teaches the bhikkhunis, he does it with careful
attention (sakkacca.m).
"When the Thus Gone One teaches the male lay disciples he does it with careful
attention (sakkacca.m).
"When the Thus Gone One teaches the female lay disciples he does it with careful
attention (sakkacca.m).
"When the Thus Gone One teaches the ordinary folk he does it with careful
attention (sakkacca.m).
"The Thus Gone One teaches even those carrying loads or waiting to hunt, even
then he does it, with careful attention (sakkacca.m).
"What is the reason?
"Bhikkhus, the Thus Gone One reveres the Teaching and it is out of reverence for
the Teaching (Dhammagaru, bhikkhave, tathaagato dhammagaaravo ti)."
