Sallatha Sutta the Arrow translation question

I am trying to understand the second to last verse that says: "His acceptance and rejection are scattered, gone to their end, do not exist."

I thought of researching the wording of other translations but I only see this verse in this one. It does not appear in this alternative translation.http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka ... .nypo.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So are the last verses inThanissaro Bhikkhu's translation a commentary or part of the sutta, and either way could someone please explain that line to me? Does it mean a learned one neither accepts nor rejects pain, positive negative and neutral sensations? It was my understanding that acceptance of the first arrow was how to avoid the second. Am I mistaken?

Bhikkhu Bodhi translates it as:

For him, attraction and revulsion no more exist.
Both have been extinguished, brought to an end.
Having known the dust-free, sorrowless state,
The transcender of existence rightly understands.

Thank you! I understand better now. The word acceptance is what threw me off. Attraction makes much more sense to me since it relates more to obsession and desire.
