Re: abhidhamma
I added Pali Text Society to that list of resources. They have almost the entire Pitaka translated to English in print book format. I have all of those volumes. The translation appears to be good; I am not a Pali expert, but it is readable. It is somewhat difficult reading, but certainly understandable.retrofuturist wrote: Abhidhamma Resources

Abhidhamma-piṭaka:
Dhammasaṅgaṇī
Vibhaṅga
Dhātukathā
Puggalapaññatti
Kathāvatthu
Yamaka (no PTS translation yet)
Tikapaṭṭhāna
Dukapaṭṭhāna (no PTS translation yet)
Although two volumes have not been translated yet, I have heard that they are mostly summaries of the information in the other volumes.
Good stuff, if you have the funds and time.
