Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
I just thought I'd share this picture of the Bodhinyana Sangha in August 2014 because it makes me very happy. Taken fromsabbe dhammā nālaṃ abhinivesāyā’ti

Re: Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
Nice.
"He, the Blessed One, is indeed the Noble Lord, the Perfectly Enlightened One;
He is impeccable in conduct and understanding, the Serene One, the Knower of the Worlds;
He trains perfectly those who wish to be trained; he is Teacher of gods and men; he is Awake and Holy. "
--------------------------------------------
"The Dhamma is well-expounded by the Blessed One,
Apparent here and now, timeless, encouraging investigation,
Leading to liberation, to be experienced individually by the wise. "

22 Monastics is quite well sized I think. Good for them. May the Dhamma continue to flourish in the land down under!
The non-doing of any evil,
The performance of what's skillful,
The cleansing of one's own mind:
This is the Buddhas' teaching.

Why that website got a Hong kong address?
“As the lamp consumes oil, the path realises Nibbana”
Re: Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
Because it's a Hong Kong organisation:

I believe some of the people involved have been organising visits by Ajahn Brahm to Hong Kong for some years. I met some of them when he visited back in 2007 to give talks and a one-day retreat.Founded in Hong Kong on 17 September 2013, Bodhinyana International Foundation Limited (company number 1126823) is a non-profit organisation registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance dedicated to promoting the Teachings of the Buddha especially the Theravāda tradition and other related charitable activities. These include Dhamma talk, meditation retreat, novitiate programme and publishing (digital and print), among others. Ajahn Brahmavamso Mahathera (lovingly known to most as Ajahn Brahm), the Abbot of Bodinyana Monastery in Serpentine, Western Australia, is our Spiritual Advisor.

Re: Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
I thought this was the Bodhinyana monastery in Australia headed by Ajahn Brahm. It is rather confusing having Ajahn Brahm being the spiritual head of two monasteries with the same name.

Re: Bodhinyana Monastery Sangha
This isn't a monastery, it's a lay group.
There is also a Singapore group that Ajahn Brahm is a patron of:
http://www.buddhistfellowship.org/cms/
And BSWA isn't a monastery either:
