Use the sense organs, when occasion requires,
But the perception of 'Using' does not arise.

To me this means to use our sights, sounds, taste, touch and thoughts without any sense of self. All moving naturally without a doer.
-- Hm, you are right. Do you see the difference between the Buddha's Nirvana with Master Huineng's Nirvana? As I understand, Master Huineng entered parinirvanana, not the final Nirvana, probably because of his vow to salvage the others (“无边众生誓愿度”). For the Boddhisatavas in Samsara, the Nirvana described by Master Huineng seems to suit them better. If they do not discriminate "Nirvana" and "Samsara", they are in Nirvana no matter where they are.

In the Pali Canon the end is Unbinding where the fires or greed, hatred and delusion is burned out. There is no other. See this conversation between arahant Dhammadinna and Visakha.

"What lies on the other side of ignorance?"

"Clear knowing lies on the other side of ignorance."

"What lies on the other side of clear knowing?"

"Release lies on the other side of clear knowing."

"What lies on the other side of release?"

"Unbinding lies on the other side of release."

"What lies on the other side of Unbinding?"

"You've gone too far, friend Visakha. You can't keep holding on up to the limit of questions. For the holy life gains a footing in Unbinding, culminates in Unbinding, has Unbinding as its final end. If you wish, go to the Blessed One and ask him the meaning of these things. Whatever he says, that's how you should remember it."

And what is right speech? Abstaining from lying, from divisive speech, from abusive speech, & from idle chatter: This is called right speech.
