I would like to know how Buddhism respond to these facts:

- Buddhist monks and nuns will not be able to have any type of sexual acts, therefore they will not breed.
- Lay Buddhist are allowed to breed but they will not reach the Nirvana state.
- If all the people in the world turn Buddhist monks and nuns (since it is the only way to reach Nirvana) there will not be future generations of humans.

No more humans in the planet?

Would it be a bad thing if there were no more humans? Seems you would firstly need to demonstrate that it's a good thing to have humans around. Your post would seem to fall into the naturalistic fallacy.

Also humans will cease to be at some point anyway, nothing lasts forever.

N.B. I don't think Buddha said that everyone would practice, so I think the likelihood of your scenario is pretty slim.
“Knowing that this body is just like foam,
understanding it has the nature of a mirage,
cutting off Māra’s flower-tipped arrows,
one should go beyond the King of Death’s sight.”
