looks like seeing things as they are
are not enough
according to sutta
Pañcavaggi Sutta: Five Brethren

from the sutta
"And is it fitting to regard what is inconstant, stressful, subject to change as: 'This is mine. This is my self. This is what I am'?"
it is a change in view, in how you regard things.
it is how you regard things that you see.
