A discussion on all aspects of Theravāda Buddhism

I am interested about collecting scriptural citations on advising the laity and monastics against commercialising, making monetary profits for self or corporations and related such from the Buddha Dhamma. If anyone knows any appropriate one(s), please contribute.

Bhikkhus, if you develop and make much this one thing,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.
What is it? It is recollecting the Enlightened One.
If this single thing is recollected and made much,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.Anguttara-Nikaya: Ekanipata: Ekadhammapali: PañhamavaggaWBB TBHT HBM AC My Page

AN 5.254: Macchariya Sutta — Stinginess (1)
"Monks, there are these five forms of stinginess. Which five? Stinginess as to one's monastery [lodgings], stinginess as to one's family [of supporters], stinginess as to one's gains, stinginess as to one's status, and
stinginess as to the Dhamma. These are the five forms of stinginess. And the meanest of these five is this: stinginess as to the Dhamma."
