:tantrum:
He turns his mind away from those phenomena, and having done so, inclines his mind to the property of deathlessness: 'This is peace, this is exquisite — the resolution of all fabrications; the relinquishment of all acquisitions; the ending of craving; dispassion; cessation; Unbinding.'

Indeed.
Multiply the "Days" answer by 24 and then by 60 to know how many minutes you have been alive ... then think about how many you have wasted.

Only this one shows you how many seconds you have left before you die; a good mindfulness of death exercise.

We're doomed. We're all going to die!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”

loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

O.K. - starting healthier diet, and going back to exercising.

This OP reminds me my earlier post. “What is unique in human compare to animals?”
To be born as a human is such a rare chance we should make the most of it before the next birth. (attain Niravana)
We also should protect precious human life.

Hopefully it's telling you that you've attained the deathless!

Metta,

What is the final conviction that comes when radical attention is razor-edge sharp? That the object of the mind is mind-made (manomaya). (Ven. Ñāṇananda)

He is released from bondage to the root of all maladies,
That Such-like-one is truly known as 'the one who has understood'.
