A very nice dhamma-inspired advertisement

Post by James the Giant »

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but if so, here it is again!
A few weeks ago I met a woman in Perth who was part of the team behind this advertisement, and we talked about how it was based on the dhamma.
Many people at my work have commented on it, as being the best ad they've seen. Have a look.
Then,
saturated with joy,
you will put an end to suffering and stress.

That's it. I am packing up with the cats and cactus and moving to the jungle with the natives...

We will be glad to have you!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
