"A virtuous monk, Kotthita my friend, should attend in an appropriate way to the five clinging-aggregates as inconstant, stressful, a disease, a cancer, an arrow, painful, an affliction, alien, a dissolution, an emptiness, not-self."

wall

Isn't it funny sometimes, to see what first comes up and try to figure out why? Answering with wall could indicate all kinds of things, but what I see in my mind are the beautiful old, stone walls one sees in certain parts of the world. It's a dying art.

Trump :weep:
What Makes an Elder? :
A head of gray hairs doesn't mean one's an elder. Advanced in years, one's called an old fool.
But one in whom there is truth, restraint, rectitude, gentleness,self-control, he's called an elder, his impurities disgorged, enlightened.
