Greetings from Costa Rica

Hello!
My name is Michael Paul Zamot. I'm from Costa Rica, a small country in Central America. My country is almost 90% catholic. The only buddhist temples is a Chinese Mahayana Temple and a Zen house.
I like pretty much earlier buddhism and I find hard meditating.
I started with buddhism in 2011 and I keep learning
