I don't really have favorite sites, but I have favorite vegan books. I wouldn't eat it. I still view this as exploiting an animal and I am against that (just my opinion). Besides, I am not a big fan of ice-cream anyways.

I have been a vegan since I was 13.. I grew up not liking meat and at 13 I chose to cut it all out of my diet. :smile:

Maybe you are breathing to hard. Try to take slow deep breathes in and out. Before you start to meditate try and do some breathing excerises as well. I hope this helps.
