Re: Why one meal a day?
For a layperson with job, would it be wise to try not to eat lunch? If some times in order to socialise, we have to eat lunch with other people, would the irregularity harm the stomach (especially a stomach with history of ulcer)? If you were to "skip" one meal, lunch should not be the on...

Re: Walking vs. running for fitness - 15 Articles
No, higher effort equates to higher results only if those results are those which you wished to accomplish. Too much today is made of this distinction that the better the effort the better the result, however, what if the aimed goal /result of the person wasn't that which they were aiming for to beg...

Low level cardio is not a waste of time. For example, my cholesterol went from 219 to 184 in 4 months from walking 1-2 miles most weekdays during my breaks.[/quote]
higher level does not mean higher results . Excellent achievement , keep it up and you will achieve all you can imagine!

Do it yourself , then see if you ask me to prove it , or instead wish to spread the word to others.

Re: What do you use to wake up?
My evidence is justified that someone as yourself would accept such and be content with his decision to do so. Thank-you again. If you feel they are for your betterment (the one part of my post you left out copy/pasting) then this conversation is closed, if not and you still speak as you do ,then th...

Re: A River of Waste: The Hazardous Truth About Factory Farms
Great video, sheds yet even more light on the fiasco of the meat eating populace. Not only in production, not only in growing bigger-faster, but also in their shite.

New-age rubbish or new-age developments? You must decide which on your own , then decide if they are for your betterment or naught .

Re: What do you use to wake up?
I apologize if I am leading this thread off topic, but I had to post a reply after reading a few remarks. As a previous poster stated, cell phones and any / all radio/elctromagnetic frequency tools should be used very mildly , not only for the case of future "cancers" , but most importantl...

Re: Why one meal a day?
One meal a day is better then 2 , which is better than 3 , and so forth. Like stated above in close form, the more your body has to physically work on digestion, that time is not available for healing (in many forms including physical or spiritual ) . BUT definitely what is in that meal or 2 is key,...

Walking would be my vote, many self-insights and self-healing can occur, while running generally only awareness is on breathing, not much more.
